Instructions:
Cut bacon into small pieces. Peel and chop carrots and onions. Clean mushrooms and slice them.
In large pan, fry bacon with onions, mushrooms and carrots. Fry for several minutes.
Cut pork into small pieces. Add to pan. Add cocktail wieners. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream, tomatoes, thyme, paprika and kosher salt. Add ground pepper as desired. Allow the stew to simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve while hot with rice or potatoes.
